OSX is amazing.
| February 20th, 2006Honestly I’m beyond caring what anyone ever thinks about the subject. “Windows is great no linux is great no windows sucks dddddgdfd” SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH.
I’ve been using OSX for a good week now. I’ve tinkered with it in the past as a point of reference, but I never actually said “today is the day I will make this my primary OS.” Until now.
After using it, I’ve come to the conclusion it is without a doubt the most fluid operating system I’ve ever come across. It not only looks visually appealing but it also feeds the UNIX geek whithering inside of me like a malnourished puppy. Between that, the built in X server, and the fact that Aqua is a sexy bitch all says to me that hey, OSX is fabulous.
Will it be able to take the place of Windows? Hell no, there’s a bunch of applications that Windows provides that OSX has yet to come up with. But it’s a nice little getaway from that bloated asshole of ego that is Bill Gates’ mastermind operating system.
And for the record, I’m not looking forward to Vista. Looks shitty.
